Join a local Culligan dealership that serves homes and businesses in Wayne & Holmes Counties in Ohio. You will be the familiar face customers count on for on-time salt and bottled water — part of a nationally trusted brand, with the close-knit feel of a small team.

As our Route Delivery Driver, you will run an established weekday route delivering 40- and 50-lb bags of water softener salt and 5-gallon bottles of Culligan drinking water. You will load your truck, work independently in the field, place product where customers need it (including brine tanks, basements, garages, and porches), and leave every stop better than you found it.

What you will do
•  Load the delivery truck each morning and complete an assigned local route of residential and commercial stops.
•  Deliver and place 40- and 50-lb salt bags; fill or restock customer brine tanks as directed.
•  Deliver and exchange 5-gallon bottled water and pick up empties.
•  Drive a company truck safely on rural roads, farm lanes, and residential streets.
•  Provide friendly, professional service — you are the Culligan representative at the door.
•  Complete route tickets, notes, and payment collection accurately using a smartphone or tablet.
•  Watch for customer needs (low salt, extra bottles, equipment questions) and pass them to the office.
•  Keep the truck clean, fueled, and inspection-ready; report maintenance issues promptly.
•  Help with warehouse loading and product staging when you are in the shop.

A typical day
Clock in at the shop, pre-trip the truck, and load salt and bottled water for the day’s stops. You will spend most of the day on the road helping Wayne and Holmes County customers. At each stop you carry product from the truck to the delivery point, often using stairs, gravel drives, or tight spaces. You finish the route, turn in paperwork and collections, and reset for tomorrow. Monday–Friday schedule. Occasional overtime may be needed to finish the route.

What we are looking for
Required
•  Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
•  Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and place 40- and 50-lb bags and 5-gallon water bottles (about 43 lbs) throughout the shift, including stairs and uneven ground.
•  Comfort working independently on a local route and managing your time to finish the day’s stops.
•  Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
•  Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for route notes, GPS, and delivery records.
•  High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
•  Willingness to work outdoors in Ohio weather year-round.

Preferred, not required
•  Prior route, delivery, warehouse, or farm/physical work experience.
•  Familiarity with local Ohio roads and small-town customer service.
•  Experience collecting payments or completing delivery tickets.

Schedule and work environment
•  Full-time, Monday through Friday. 8am-5pm
•  8am start from our Wooster shop.
•  Physically active deliveries work in all weather conditions.
•  Company vehicle provided for the route. CDL is not required.
